Job Description

Birmingham Academy is aggressively expanding and we are seeking a responsible Academic Assessment Executive who will be supporting the Academic Assessment and administrative work. He/She will work and coordinate closely with the Academic Assessment Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in assessment planning. scheduling and communicating of monthly assessments information and results to students
  • Assist in preparing for internal assessments, external assessments, re-examinations and invigilation duties planning
  • Assist in coordinating with lecturers for setting of papers and marking of papers
  • Assist to compile assessment results and upload to system
  • Assist to collect and compile data related to assessment for academic reviews and post assessment reviews and reports
  • Assist to manage and update databases related to assessments
  • Assist to prepare certificates and transcripts for students
  • Assist in all academic – assessment administrative works and checking of documents and make sure all academic assessment processes are in place
  • Ensure all assessment administrative works are carried out according to EduTrust Procedures
  • To comply with the relevant EduTrust policies and procedures
    Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager and the management team.

Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year administration and coordination experience in Academic Department
  • Experience in working private education institutes is highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Highly efficient, able to multi-task, excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Professional, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast environment
