Retail Associate (Luxury Boutique) – Orchard Takashimaya

Salary: Up to $2,800 Basic + Transport Allowance + Commissions

Location: Orchard Takashimaya

Working Hours: 5 days per week (including weekends & PH)

  • AM Shift: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • PM Shift: 12:30 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist and report to the Senior Boutique Manager in daily operations
  • Greet and engage customers, providing excellent service and product recommendations
  • Operate POS and mall rewards systems accurately
  • Drive sales and achieve assigned targets through effective upselling and cross-selling
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure superior product knowledge
  • Ensure boutique displays and sales floor remain neat and presentable
  • Share ongoing promotions and offers with customers
  • Support inventory, reporting, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of retail experience (jewellery, watches, cosmetics, fashion, beauty, or airline industry preferred)
  • Comfortable working retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Singaporeans only
