Responsibilities

  • Ensure all service and commissioning activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Lead and support system commissioning, factory tests, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis of equipment or engine failures, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Deliver after-sales technical support, site service, and preventive maintenance to customers, distributors, and dealers, ensuring optimal equipment performance.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate service documentation, including reports, logs, and training records, while driving continuous improvement of service procedures.
  • Conduct training and provide guidance to junior engineers, distributors, and dealers to strengthen technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and overall service capability.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Service Engineer within the power engineering industry.
  • Comfortable with frequent overseas travel to support commissioning, service, and training activities as required.
