Job Scope
- Handle full set of accounts (AP / AR / GL / P&L etc)
- Manage payment processing matters
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and ensure monthly reconciliations are completed promptly and that unreconciled items are investigated and resolved in a timely manner
- Preparation of Statutory Audit Reports
- Review Tax computation and Tracking of Tax incentive status, and review of GST submission
- Responsible for preparation and closing monthly and annual financial statements
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
- Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
- Improve accounting processes and procedures
- Maintain proper filling and records
- Lead the Finance team
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position
- Hands-on, analytical, strong in processes and financial concept, problem solver.
- Good knowledge and understanding of tax legislation.
- Good knowledge of Singapore Reporting Standards, Companies Act and other accounting regulatory requirements is highly essential.
- Meticulous with positive working attitude and able to meet deadlines
- Well organized, meticulous, detailed oriented, multi-task and able to work independently
5days work week
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $3, $4,800.00 per month
