  • Supports the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring all materials, tools, and equipment are received, stored, and issued accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain proper inventory control and ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Verify materials against delivery orders (DO), purchase orders (PO), and supplier invoices
  • Label, store, and organize materials in proper storage locations according to company procedures
  • Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems (manual or digital)
  • Conduct periodic stock checks and report any discrepancies or damage
  • Coordinate with the Logistics and Project teams for timely material delivery
  • Ensure the warehouse area is clean, safe, and well-organized at all times
  • Comply with all Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company policies
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management

Requirements:

  • Minimum Secondary education (N' / O' Level) or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant warehouse experience, preferably in the automotive or construction industry
  • Familiar with warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics procedures
  • Forklift license (WSQ-certified) is an advantage
  • Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading work when required
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, inventory software)
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Able to work overtime or weekends when necessary to support project schedules
