Executive (IT Programmer/Support)

The incumbent is responsible for defining, developing, testing, analyzing, and maintaining new and existing software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements. This includes configuring, developing, writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications pertaining to web-based and standalone desktop and server applications.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, and assess existing business systems and procedures.
- Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades.
- Develop software products for business and end users as required.
- Maintain and administer business databases, including efficiency tuning, backups, and restores.
- Develop and maintain user manuals and guidelines.
- Provide support for user requests.
Position Requirements:
- Strong technical abilities with proven track records
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.
- Familiarity with various development languages, databases, tools, and frameworks.
- Experience with VBScript, ASP.NET, Microsoft Office automation with VBA, and MS Access is preferred.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Excellent understanding of coding methods and best practices.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience
