We are seeking for motivated individuals for the role of Project Executive. This role will be managing projects and building client relationships and contribute to the overall business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Able to manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ability to coordinate several projects at once, while analyzing and resolving specific problems.
  • Liaise and coordinate closely with external clients, contractors and suppliers as well as internal parties to oversee and ensure timely job completion.
  • Prepare and submit supporting documentation for client's approval pertaining to the projects.
  • Work closely with client site operations coordinators to ensure requirements at customer site are compiled and seek clarifications if needed.
  • Arrange for SIC orientation and any other focus trainings for relevant personnel.
  • Follow up with customer email communication and provide periodic updates on any follow up actions required.
  • Participate in customer meetings (on-site and online when required) and provide updates to the Sales PIC for any actions required.
  • Prepare delivery orders or any VO quotations relating to the projects.
  • Any other related ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Min. 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic knowledge in Project management will be an advantage.
  • Ability to multi-task within tight deadlines.
  • Good communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Works well both independently and as a team.
  • Willing to learn and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and organized.
