We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive (Accounts Payable) to join our growing team. In this role, you will support end-to-end AP operations, ensuring timely, accurate processing of invoices, claims, and supplier payments. You will also collaborate with internal teams and support month-end and year-end activities.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage non-trade Accounts Payable activities comprehensively.


• Initiate Purchase Orders using the Accounting System.


• Handle day-to-day Accounts Payable transactions, including invoice verification and data entry.


• Handle Staff Claim/Business Travel Expenses/Corp. Card Expenses.


• Generate and oversee supplier payment proposals.


• Perform supplier statement reconciliations.


• Perform monthly e-commerce reports.


• Reconcile Accounts Payable sub-ledgers and general ledgers, including month-end processes.


• Collaborate with Operations teams to address invoice and credit note discrepancies.


• Participate in month-end closing, year-end audit, and process enhancement initiatives.


• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirements:


• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting.


• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.


• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.


• Strong attention to detail, good time management, and ability to meet deadlines.


• A team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
