Job Specification

Contract Duration: 2 years subject to extendable/convertible

Working Hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

Location: 2 Kallang Sector

Salary: $ mth completion bonus for every 1 year completion

Job Description

L1 Counter Duty:

  1. Setup of counter prior to opening and closing of counter at the end of the day

  2. Greet, welcome and manage visitor queue

  3. Verify guest has a genuine meeting prior to registering entry into Building

  4. Liaise with Corp Security and Concierge Team for the registration of guests and handling of difficult guests

  5. Company point of contact to internal staff (contact host/SPS Customer Manager (on public enquiries).

  6. Manage logistics such as putting out umbrella/umbrella sleeves during wet weather and replenish stationery

  7. Process pre-registration and liaise with requestors on the collection of v-passes

  8. Record any L1 incident in shared drive

  9. Daily records of v-passes

L2 Counter Duty:

  1. Setup and closing of counter

  2. Ensure directory panels and meeting room booking panels are in working condition

  3. Direct visitors to meeting rooms

  4. Attend to meeting room users' requests

  5. Conduct meeting rooms checks to ensure cleanliness and facilities (AV & Equipment and lighting) are functioning

  6. Upkeep incident log and liaise with FM/ITD to rectify rooms facilities

  7. Address "Lost and Found" enquiries and upkeep records

  8. Manage equipment for loan (whiteboard, remote control, tablet, VGA & HDMI cables, adapter, Chairs/tables, and portable projector)

  9. Replenish stationery and update stocks

  10. Transact HQ Carpark documentation (return / collect decal)

  11. Record daily meeting room bookings and incidents

  12. Manage pedestal key logbook

Others:

  1. Assist Escort Team in receiving guests, whenever required.

  2. Assist in ad-hoc tasks, whenever assigned.

Job Requirement

· A customer-oriented mindset and the ability to provide excellent service and resolve issues are crucial.

· Ability to multi task, stay organized and work well in a team
