Client Relations Officer (Hunter) – Non-Commission (1 Year Contract)

Location: Somerset (walking distance from MRT)

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Mon–Fri

Contract: 12 months, extendable/convertible

Salary: Up to $3, month completion bonus (non-commission)

About the Role:

A major player in energy solutions and multi-utilities, focusing on providing smart and sustainable electricity solutions to businesses.

What You'll Do:
  • Map out and execute sales strategies to hunt for new commercial clients in assigned territories
  • Drum up leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and industry events — basically, get out there and hustle
  • Build tight relationships with key decision-makers and understand their energy needs
  • Present tailored electricity solutions that save cost, boost efficiency, and support sustainability goals
  • Negotiate and close deals that work well for both the client and company (without commission pressure)
  • Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Billing, Product, etc.) to deliver smooth customer experiences
  • Keep an eye on industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of the game
  • Smash sales targets and keep management in the loop with progress and market insights
What You Need:
  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (entry level welcome)
  • Some B2B sales experience preferred — energy or utilities sector a big plus
  • Sharp commercial awareness and understanding of the commercial energy market
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (charisma is a plus)
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work solo without babysitting
  • Strategic thinker who can plan creatively and innovatively
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools
  • Willing to travel as needed for client meetings and events
