We are seeking a highly motivated Engineers to join our team and contribute to our mission of innovation and excellence. As an Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects spanning across different facilities, collaborating with experienced professionals and utilizing the latest technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers with comprehensive project planning and effective management, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with technical and engineering requirements.
- Collaborate closely with main contractors and consultants, diligently tracking work progress and adherence to the project schedule, ensuring engineering specifications and standards are met.
- Facilitate communication with subcontractors and suppliers, meticulously preparing all project costs, processing claims, and monitoring budgets to ensure financial efficiency and compliance with engineering requirements.
- Attend site meetings and perform detailed site inspections to ensure project milestones are met and technical standards are upheld.
- Oversee the daily activities of subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to job site safety policies and procedures, with a focus on engineering safety standards.
- Monitor and inspect work progress, maintaining rigorous quality control and assurance standards, promptly addressing any engineering issues that arise.
- Work closely with the team to meet all requirements and expectations during testing and commissioning with consultants, ensuring successful project outcomes that meet engineering criteria.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and specifications to ensure clarity and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are achieved without compromising safety or quality.
- Aid the Project Manager and team in the efficient closure of projects, including the handover process, OMM, and as-built documentation submission, ensuring all engineering documentation is accurate and complete.
- Ensure the proper upkeep of documents and efficiently upload them to the server for organized record-keeping, maintaining the integrity of all engineering records.
- Participate in post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and recommend improvements for future projects.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges
