**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Job Description**:
Assist Project Manager in execution of Project Management, Project Schedule and Coordination with Sub Contractors.
- Plan, implement and monitor work schedules.
- Liaise with Main Contractor on site requirements.
- Supervise Sub Contractors, Vendors on maintenance, site testing and commissioning activities and ensure quality standard.
- Take immediate corrective action to avoid any cumulative effect of such deviation and recover the delay to finish the tasks in time.
- Ensure project delivery according to dateline given, ensure cost control and profitability of project.
- Order material and equipment from vendors.
- Support site documentation requirements.

Job Requirement:

- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience for Project Engineer/ Site Engineer in ACMV Industry is required.
- English is a must. (reading/writing/speaking)
- Proactive and ability to meet tight deadline.
- Possess good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
- An independent, highly motivated and a good team player.
- Able to start with short notice.
- All are welcome.

Working Hours: 5.5 days
