The Regional Security Manager is responsible for leading and managing security operations aligned with company policies and local regulations. This role involves overseeing security strategies, crisis management, risk assessments, and maintaining business continuity. The manager acts as a key liaison with internal teams, local authorities, and external security partners to ensure comprehensive security coverage and compliance.

• Regional Security Oversight: Manage security functions across the SEA region, develop strategies tailored to local risks, conduct risk assessments, and ensure crisis and emergency protocols are in place and tested, with 24/7 availability for emergencies.
• Security Intelligence and Monitoring: Track emerging threats, geopolitical changes, and regulatory updates to maintain compliance and inform leadership on necessary security adjustments.
• Implement Security Strategies: Ensure legal compliance, coordinate security concepts for new sites and special events, manage travel security, and collaborate with IT and operations teams on security system installations and maintenance.
• Manage Security Vendors & Stakeholder Engagement & Security Collaboration: Direct local security vendors, act as the main security contact for the region, coordinate with internal departments and external agencies, lead incident investigations, and conduct regular security training to promote awareness and preparedness.
• Build Strategic Security Alliances: Establishes and maintains strong relationships with external security stakeholders to enhance situational awareness, coordination, and response capabilities. 
• Investigations and Incident Management: Leads and manages security incident investigations in the region, ensuring proper documentation and communication with stakeholders.
• Security Training: Fosters a culture of security awareness in the region, ensuring all employees are familiar with security procedures and emergency protocols. 

• Bachelor's Degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in security management, preferably in a regional or multi-country role.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing security strategies and crisis management plans.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proficiency in coordinating with internal teams, local authorities, and external security partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies effectively.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
