Key Responsibilities

  1. Group Consolidation & Reporting

·
• Lead and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidations for all global entities under IFRS.

·
• Review and validate subsidiary trial balances, ensuring standardized chart of accounts, intercompany eliminations, and FX translation accuracy.

·
• Manage and maintain group consolidation models, including intercompany eliminations, minority interest calculations, and consolidation adjustments.

·
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of group-level financial statements and management reporting packs.

·
• Implement and enhance consolidation systems or tools (e.g., SAP BPC, HFM, or OneStream) to improve efficiency and automation.

·
• Coordinate with auditors during interim and year-end audits; ensure full audit trail and documentation of consolidation entries.

·
• Maintain and update group accounting manuals, ensuring alignment with IFRS and group reporting standards.

  1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

·
• Coordinate group-wide annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning exercises.

·
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models for group-level scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.

·
• Deliver management dashboards and performance reports with variance analysis and commentary.

·
• Partner with functional heads and regional controllers to track performance KPIs and drive cost optimization initiatives.

·
• Support strategic projects such as restructuring, capital investment, and profitability improvement studies.

  1. Governance & Finance Transformation

·
• Support Reolink's HQ digital finance transformation by integrating data from the FSSC, ERP, and BI platforms.

·
• Drive process standardization and automation across consolidation and reporting workflows.

·
• Strengthen internal control frameworks over consolidation entries and reporting accuracy.

·
• Liaise with IT and Master Data teams to ensure consistent mapping of entities, COA, and data structures for group reporting.

Consolidation Skillset & Competency Focus

·
• Strong command of multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation processes including intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, translation reserves, and minority interests.

·
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS 10 (Consolidated Financial Statements), IAS 21 (Foreign Currency Translation), and IFRS 12 (Disclosures of Interests in Other Entities).

·
• Experience preparing multi-tier consolidation structures (Cayman → Singapore → HK/China → Subsidiaries).

·
• Advanced Excel and ERP consolidation modeling; exposure to SAP BPC, Oracle HFM, or NetSuite OneWorld highly valued.

·
• Familiarity with consolidation for manufacturing and e-commerce groups with both operating and IP-holding entities.

·
• Proven record in reducing consolidation cycle time and improving automation through process redesign.

Relevant Experience & Technical Expertise

·
• 8–12 years of experience in Group Consolidation, Reporting, or FP&A in a multinational environment.

·
• Proven experience preparing consolidated financials across Asia, EU, and US entities.

·
• Hands-on involvement in audit preparation and technical accounting reviews.

·
• Experience managing consolidation during group restructuring, carve-outs, or pre-IPO readiness.

·
• Solid exposure to financial planning, variance analysis, and management reporting.

·
• Proficiency in Power BI or data visualization tools preferred.

Qualifications / Certifications

·
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

·
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, or Chartered Accountant) required.

·
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency.

·
• Familiarity with ERP consolidation modules and BI systems.

Job Type: Full-time
