**Role 1: Group Finance Manager**
A locally headquartered real estate conglomerate is looking for a Group Finance Manager to join their team in Singapore.
As part of the Group Finance Team, you will review the consolidation work done by the team, and prepare Group reporting work such as the drafting of Financial statements and SGX reporting announcements, presentation slides and press release.
You will be in charge of the Group financial reporting and analysis, preparing the monthly management reports and review performance of the Group’s results against budgets and forecast. You will prepare the Group’s budget and monitor the performance.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You are required to have at least 7 years of working experience in SGX listed companies handling Group reporting submissions. Ideally, you should have good communications skills to engage stakeholders for the analysis work, and good written skills. Real estate experience is highly advantageous.
**Role 2: Consolidation Manager**
Headquartered in Singapore, you will be in charge of the preparation of the consolidation of the Group and its subsidiaries. You will also be involved in the Group Risk management.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You are required to have at least 5 years of working experience in the preparation of consolidation.
You are required to have experience in either COGNOS or Hyperion system in the consolidation reporting.
Ideally, you should have strong hands-on consolidation experience.
