About the role

In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant, overseeing the daily activities of our service staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, to ensure excellent customer service
  • Monitor restaurant operations, including table management, order processing, and inventory control
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist in managing staff schedules, training, and performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimize workflow and table turnover
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a restaurant supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
