About the Company:

Our client is a growing business specialising in providing ERP solutions. They are dedicated to helping businesses optimise their operations with innovative ERP systems and are looking for a talented ERP Functional Consultant to join their team.

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive ERP Functional Consultant with expertise in Epicor (particularly Kinetic) to support their clients. In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their business needs, configure ERP solutions, and ensure seamless integration and implementation of Epicor ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Epicor ERP (Kinetic).
  • Work closely with clients to gather requirements, assess business needs, and provide tailored ERP solutions.
  • Develop functional specifications and document detailed business processes.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to clients throughout and after the implementation process.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper configuration and integration of the ERP system.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide continuous support for ERP functionality.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Epicor ERP, particularly Kinetic.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP functional modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Proven ability to implement, configure, and customise ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading ERP implementation projects.
  • Certification in Epicor ERP or other relevant ERP platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with other ERP systems is an added advantage.
