What will you do:

Colgate-Palmolive Xccelerate+ Commercial Management Trainee Program is a 24 months development program crafted to prepare you to be future leaders of tomorrow. The program will provide you first-hand experiences and broad exposure to our global organization through job rotations in an immersive learning environment within Customer Development, Retail Marketing, eCommerce and eventually leading you into a definite fast track of commercial business management.

Being part of this program, you will help to partner the business, drive transformation, accelerate our people capabilities and nurture a caring and passion for performance culture for a winning South ASEAN business.

Who Are We Looking For:

• Degree or Master's degree holder with CGPA 3.2 and above in Commerce/ International Business/ Business Administration
• Possess less than 18 months full-time working experience (excluding internships & part time work)
• Proven leadership skills in assuming multiple leadership positions in curricular activities
• Passionate about developing a career in FMCG industry
