  • Basic Salary: $3,400 - $4,500 + Transport Allowance ($800-$ Case Allowance ($500-$ Uncapped Commissions (Can go more than $10000 per quarter depending on performance)
  • Work location: Whampoa
  • Working hours: Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm

Our Client

A leading medical technology provider in Asia focused on joint preservation and minimally invasive solutions. Specializing in spinal, upper limb, and lower limb care, the organization offers advanced technologies such as nerve ablation, endoscopic decompression, regenerative biologics, and joint-sparing implants to improve mobility and patient outcomes.

They are seeking a passionate Sales Representative to join their big family. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative healthcare solutions to a diverse client base. Your excellent communication skills and consultative approach will be key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
  • Schedule and conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations for potential clients
  • Assess client requirements and recommend the most suitable products and services
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline within the CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to stay informed on market trends and competitive landscape

Requirements

  • 1+ year sales experience in healthcare or pharma is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome too, as on-job-training will be provided
  • Good communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools
  • Diploma/ Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Candidate with nursing certificate is a plus
