Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full purchasing process, including sourcing, negotiating, placing orders, and tracking deliveries
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and implement control procedures to meet targets
  • Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and prices, and resolve issues
  • Oversee warehouse operations such as storage, handling, and issuing of goods
  • Analyze inventory data and purchasing trends to identify improvements, cost savings, and optimization opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
  • Handle multiple tasks effectively and perform other duties assigned by superiors

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or warehouse management (preferably in manufacturing)

  • Good negotiation and supplier management skills

  • Experience in team leadership or supervision is an advantage
