Job Title : Retail Sales Assistant – Ladies' Shoes (Part Time/ Full Time)

Job Summary :

The Retail Sales Assistant will provide exceptional customer service, assist in the day-to-day operations of the store, and support the sales team in meeting targets. This role involves helping customers find the perfect pair of shoes, ensuring the store is well-maintained, and offering styling advice. The position offers flexible working hours and opportunities for growth and learning within the fashion retail industry. Ideal for individuals passionate about footwear and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting and purchasing ladies' shoes.
  • Provide personalized styling advice to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and visual presentation of the store, including product displays.
  • Handle payments, process transactions, and manage stock replenishments.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and trends to confidently advise customers.
  • Assist with in-store events, promotions, and campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
