Singapore TRISOFT OUTSOURCING PTE. LTD. Full time $30,000 - $50,000 per year

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Retail Executive to support the daily operations of our retail outlet. This role combines front-line service, store upkeep, product handling, and light reporting. Applicants must be hands-on, organized, and confident in handling customer-facing responsibilities.

You will play a key role in maintaining smooth store flow, upholding standards, and assisting the outlet supervisor or store manager as needed.

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 2 years of full-time retail experience in a structured outlet environment

  • Proficient in using a POS system for billing, refunds, and promotions

  • Able to handle opening/closing duties , maintain cleanliness, and assist with stock arrangement

  • Comfortable working during peak hours, weekends, and public holidays

  • Strong communication skills to assist customers politely and professionally

  • Willing to follow daily task checklists, uphold hygiene, and adhere to store SOPs

  • Must be punctual, disciplined, and comfortable standing throughout the shift

Relevant Experience That Adds Advantage

  • Worked in a fast-moving retail category such as fashion, F&B, electronics, or personal care

  • Experience with stocktaking , backroom management, or cashier reconciliation

  • Familiarity with membership programs, store promotions, or loyalty systems

  • Able to speak more than one language for customer interaction

  • Willing to support nearby outlets or temporary pop-up stalls when required
