Digital Marketing Executive

As a key member of our marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to design, implement, and optimize digital campaigns that truly connect with our audience. Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs and translate insights into powerful marketing strategies.
  • Manage and execute campaigns across all digital channels—including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
  • Analyze campaign data, website traffic, and conversion rates, and use insights to refine and improve future campaigns.
  • Stay on top of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep our marketing innovative and effective.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape creative content and impactful communications.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing or a related discipline (fresh graduates with a passion for digital marketing are welcome).
  • Preferably 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with the skills to interpret campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and strong written communication skills to craft engaging campaigns and content.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple priorities.
