As a Software Engineer, you'll be part of a hands-on team experimenting with different types of AI technologies and tools from Generative AI that creates to Agentic AI that reasons and acts.

You'll get to explore, prototype, and implement AI-driven solutions that streamline work, amplify human capability, and bring real value to the organisation.

What To Expect:

  1. Explore, prototype, and implement various types of AI solutions and tools including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and other automation frameworks; with a focus on corporate process automation.

  2. Build and test intelligent systems such as AI-powered assistants, workflow bots, and smart automation tools to improve internal operations.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact business areas where AI can drive efficiency and innovation.

  4. Develop and refine AI workflows, including prompt design, LLM integration, and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.

  5. Support the full lifecycle of AI implementation from ideation and proof-of-concept to testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.

  6. Stay plugged into emerging AI trends and technologies, sharing insights and experimental findings with the wider team.

Requirements

During the traineeship, you will get to learn and experience:
