Job Descriptions:

  • Work on improvement projects to assure continuous reliability of production equipment and processes to achieve high equipment productivity and low downtime.
  • Set-up SPC for equipment critical parameters monitoring and control.
  • Formulate with equipment engineering team on all equipment control procedures.
  • Incorporate efficient methods of maintaining new equipment or plant and may be involved in the installation and commissioning process.
  • Write maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.
  • Drive the team of Technicians to participate in all continuous improvement projects related to process improvement.
  • Develop new recipes and processes to fulfill project requirements.

    Improve processes for yield improvements and reduce cycle time.
  • Performs other duties as assigned. Duties will vary according to the project progress and/or the specific goals of the division.
  • Support TD/R&D development project and act as UMD team leader.
  • Representing module in all the cross module technical discussion.
  • Coach and train all the process engineers including presenting papers
  • Guide and convince Change Request Board in the best method to qualify module related process qualification and changes.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in the field of Process or Equipment Engineering. Hands-on experience in process and equipment troubleshooting, engineering methods for equipment controls and OEE improvement.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in parts repair.
  • MS Office literate.
  • SPC knowledge.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skill.
  • Must be able to work on 8 hours shift (5 days week: either Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday)
