Key Responsibilities

  • Content Development:
    Research and draft high-quality media materials, including press releases, tailored media pitches, bylined articles, and Q&A documents.
  • Social Media Management:
    Draft and edit engaging social media copy and develop creative briefs for various digital platforms.
  • Media Engagement:
    Support media outreach activities, manage journalist requests, and coordinate RSVPs for client events.
  • Strategic Research:
    Conduct market and competitor research to support existing client strategies and new business pitches.
  • Monitoring & Reporting:
    Manage daily media monitoring and compile comprehensive reports for PR and social media performance.
  • Administrative Support:
    Maintain updated media databases, manage timelines, suppliers, partners, vendors, etc.

Requirements

  • Education:
    A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Communication Skills:
    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Competence in a second language, particularly Mandarin, is a significant advantage for our regional work.
  • Mindset:
    A positive attitude and a "self-starter" mentality. You should be eager to learn and ready to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork:
    The ability to work independently when required while remaining a collaborative and supportive team member.
