Overview

Milbon Singapore is a No.1 professional hair care brand in Japan which contributes to the development of beauty industry together with professional hairstylists.

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Educator to join our team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality education and technical support to our salon partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong bilingual communication skills (Chinese and English), and have experience within the professional hair industry, preferably with 5 or more years of relevant experience.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct verbal product knowledge training sessions for clients

  • Conduct in-salon education and demonstrations to salon clients
  • Facilitate hands-on technical classes (haircare, scalp care, and color) in studio
  • Accompany sales representatives for market visits and provide technical support
  • Support the sales team in addressing clients' technical and product-related inquiries
  • Assist and support guest artists during model preparations, workshops, and seminars
  • Provide translation support (English Chinese) when required during trainings or events
  • Collect and report on market feedback, client needs, and industry trends
  • Able to travel overseas for training/work purposes
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Note:

While the main responsibilities are outlined above, the selected candidate may also be assigned additional tasks beyond their primary job scope as needed to support team objectives.

Requirements

  • Proficient in both Chinese and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in the professional hair industry preferred (ideally 5+ years)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a proactive and supportive mindset
  • Willing to travel locally and overseas when required

Other information:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

(Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays unless required)

Salary: SGD $4,000 – $5,500

(Based on technical skills, language proficiency, computer literacy, and presentation ability)
