Job Description

Our client, a leading organisation in the early childhood education sector, is seeking a dynamic and passionate Vice Principal (Early Childhood Education & Inclusive Practice) to join their leadership team.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping curriculum, driving innovation in inclusive practices, and supporting both staff and students in a vibrant, forward-looking learning environment.

This role offers a balance of academic leadership and administrative responsibilities, with the chance to influence teacher development and advance inclusive education in Singapore.


Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the school in compliance with regulatory requirements and SOPs
  • Support the Principal in professional development initiatives to keep staff updated on the latest trends in education and inclusion
  • Lead curriculum development and innovative assessment methods tailored to the evolving early childhood landscape
  • Manage efficient scheduling and deployment of teaching staff
  • Monitor and enhance student learning, ensuring well-being and academic progress
  • Foster a positive culture of engagement across staff and students in alignment with organisational values

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in early childhood education, ideally spanning ages 0–6
  • Strong passion and commitment to creating inclusive learning environments
  • Demonstrated ability in curriculum design, development, and educational research
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a leadership capacity
