Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the execution of marketing and communication projects.
  • Liaise with creative and media agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
  • Prepare purchase orders, track invoices, and support procurement documentation.
  • Update content on websites and digital platforms using Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Adapt and proofread marketing materials, posters, and social media content.
  • Assist in simple video editing, resizing visuals, and supporting digital creative requests.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and inventory tracking.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in marketing support, coordination, or digital content management preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro will be advantageous.
