Position Overview:

As a Social Media/Public Relations Content Creator at Happinest, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and building meaningful connections within our community. We are looking for a creative individual who can craft compelling content that resonates with our audience, fosters engagement, and contributes to the overall growth of Happinest.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Happinest's brand and goals.
  • Create engaging and shareable content across various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage social media calendars, scheduling posts, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Cultivate relationships with parents, partners, and media outlets to enhance our public relations efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand image.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media/Public Relations Content Creator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools and analytics.
  • Passion for children, education and community building.
