We're looking for a sunny, charismatic, and highly organized Customer Service Specialist / Receptionist to be the first and last smile our patients see. This is more than just a front desk role — you are the heart of the patient experience , ensuring every visit is smooth, warm, and memorable.

- Be the friendly face greeting patients warmly upon arrival and ensuring they feel cared for
- Handle calls, emails, and messages fluently and professionally in English and Mandarin
- Manage appointments accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist with patient check-ins, payments, and inquiries with a customer-first approach
- Monitor clinic supplies and coordinate re-ordering
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming front counter at all times
- Support the team with administrative tasks (photocopying, scanning, scheduling, etc.)
- Help organize monthly team meetings and internal events
- Warm, approachable, and genuinely enjoys helping people
- Well-spoken and presentable , with a positive, can-do attitude
- Organized and detail-oriented , able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English & Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Computer-savvy , comfortable using office systems and payment terminals
- Qualification : ITE, diploma, or equivalent
