The Financial Controller manages all finance operations, ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, effective budgeting, and strong financial planning to support construction project profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-spectrum finance operations, reporting, and FP&A activities.
  • Manage cash flow needs by coordinating with project, procurement, and subcontractor teams.
  • Maintain quarterly rolling forecasts and monitor budgets vs. actuals.
  • Review project costs, identify variances, and support management decisions.
  • Secure competitive insurance and bonds for projects.
  • Build strong relationships with banks, insurers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide financial guidance to internal stakeholders and support business planning.
  • Supervise and develop the finance team.
  • Prepare monthly management reports and handle ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 8 years' experience in a similar finance leadership role.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
