Central Region, Singapore CGP Personnel Full time $33,280 - $37,440 per year

Contract Duration: 6–7 months 

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8.30am–6.00pm 

Location: Central Singapore (Office & event venues) 

Hourly Rate: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

  • Event Administrative Support

Key Responsibilities:

Event Ticket & Marketplace Sales Support:

  • Support in generating group ticket sales from various sales leads and conducting outreach or cold calls to engage communities, corporate organisations, and public agencies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for potential customers, addressing phone and email enquiries.
  • Assist in coordinating group tour scheduling.
  • Follow up on after-sales service and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
  • Assist in collaborating with third-party vendors to reconcile accounts and sales.
  • Coordinate with internal finance teams for revenue tracking.
  • Provide assistance with Marketplace booth sales.
  • Support marketing efforts, including coordination with appointed external partners.
  • Support in organising and participating in roadshows and publicity activities leading up to the July 2026 event.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required

Event Administrative Support:

  • Provide support for the production of a new coffee table book, including organising the photo library and coordinating with external writers or publishers.
  • Provide support for volunteer management, such as preparing T-shirts, access passes, lanyards, and assisting with volunteer lounge logistics.
  • Assist with ceremony arrangements, including coordinating catering and related event needs.
  • Support the coordination of VIP visits.
  • Assist in organising and participating in roadshows and publicity activities leading up to the July 2026 event.
  • Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Good organisational and administrative skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with different stakeholders.
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in events, sales support, customer service, or administration is beneficial but not required.
