Description:

  • The probe manufacturing internship program aims to provide student with training and practical experiences in managing the operation of Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) in the wafer fab processes.

Project Scope:

  • Be part of the project team to collaborate with the operation shift team to maintain the AGV and smart rack operation
  • Investigate and troubleshooting of issues on AGV and smart rack system
  • Collaborate with the operation, equipment and planning engineers to improve the AGV and smart rack performance (e.g. loading and unloading success rate, machine availability, zone/route optimization)

Deliverable:

  • Establish best known method for troubleshooting issues for AGV
  • Develop CIP to improve the AGV and smart rack system

Requirements:

  • Studying in Polytechnic Year 2 or Year 3 in Engineering
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Autocad, Tableau
