What You Will Do:· Oneface of IT to the assigned business entity and its stakeholders, includingescalation management. Be part of Site Management Team· Consultbusiness on available IT services & solutions for benefit / impact /challenges involved· LocalIT Demand management ensuring business utilization, awareness and knowledge offormal CCB process· Providerecommend on IT solution to meet business needs and drive implementationsolution· Drivethe local IT landscape/lifecycle for business efficiency with business and ITalong business and strategic IT objectives· Leadsand manages the local site people, suppliers and activities related to thedelivery and support of process and IT Operations for company ITInfrastructure and Operations.· Manage,coordinate and participate Local, Regional IT Infrastructure and Operationprojects· Responsiblefor all site services inclusive of LAN, WAN, Service Desk, Local/Remote DataCenter, Messaging, Operational cost transparency, Service performance againstSLA's· CoordinatingInfrastructure and Operations activities and responsiveness across all aspectsof Infrastructure and Operations.· CustomerCare and supporting staff functions of Strategy and Planning, Visibility,Communications, Compliance, Finance.· Understandsand contributes to the development of the Sites demand for Services andportfolio of Business Applications changes and demand for new business systemscapabilities.· Forecasting,monitoring and reporting of demand and fulfillment for catalog and non -catalogcapabilities and services.· Financialplanning, monitoring, and reporting of Site Infrastructure & Operationsfinancial performance· Setspriorities for Continual Service Improvement against both internal and externalreferences and communicates to delivery units including partners.· PerformsMonthly review of Operations Site performance with Site Business management andIT Management· Localsoftware application management and compliance· Manageslocal staff according to company HR policies· EnsureIT Service meets Audit compliance Requirements· Atleast 8 years working experience in IT out of which at least 4 years ofdemonstrated experience in managing IT Infra projects or improvement programs,influencing business leadership.· 4years working experience in managing complex IT infrastructure and Operations· Workingknowledge of Incident/Problem/Change management frameworks such as ITIL(certification is a plus).· Servicedesk support management· Experiencein Network management, Data Center operations· Experiencedand skilled in working with virtual teams cross -function and cross the globe ina large international company· Abilityto understand business priorities and translate them into opportunities enabledby IT· Businessoperational experience in semiconductor manufacturing is preferred· Energyand self -propelling with high level of inter -personal skills· Stronganalytical and soft skills· Abilityto deal with complex organizations and situations and the ability to deliverunder pressure;· Teamplayer and experienced team builder combined with strong leadership skills Fluency in English (Spoken and Written)
