About the Role We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the Operation Service Support (OSS) team and oversee global and local infrastructure initiatives. In this role, you will ensure the stability, scalability, and efficiency of our IT environment while aligning local priorities with global strategies. You'll collaborate with international colleagues, business units, and senior management to deliver robust infrastructure solutions that support our company's long-term goals. What You'll Do Lead and mentor the OSS team, driving excellence in operations and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Oversee planning, deployment, life cycle management, and support of IT infrastructure components. Manage system design, testing, implementation, documentation and training activities to ensure quality delivery. Partner with business units to understand their needs and translate them into actionable IT initiatives within budget and resource constraints. Establish and enforce best practices, policies, and procedures for IT operations. Collaborate with global IT Service Managers to implement international strategies and align local infrastructure priorities. Assist in managing IT Infrastructure budgets and ensuring cost-effective operations. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders across worldwide. What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field . Minimum 6 years of experience in IT Infrastructure management. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in: Linux (SuSE)and Windows environments WAN/LAN networking Proven experience in project management, vendor management and e-commerce projects . Excellent communication, writing, and documentation skills. A collaborative leader with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork.
