Job Title: Management Executive / Assistant Manager – Grant & Project Administration

Salary: $2,795 – $6,000

Job Description:

We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented professional to support grants and project administration for energy and innovation projects. You will ensure smooth project execution, proper grant compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in audits for grants and funding projects.
  • Manage closure and processing of project claims, including R&D and energy efficiency projects.
  • Monitor project progress, manage budget variations, and ensure grantees submit reports on time.
  • Review and process invoices for disbursement of funds.
  • Provide updates on budget, project progress, and funding utilisation.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in any discipline.
  • Independent, meticulous, and responsible.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Experience in project management or grant administration is a plus.
