Job Description

Purpose of the role

To participate in the day to day operations of the technology function, working across a range of technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

Accountabilities

  • Participation in design and innovation of products using the newest technologies.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with the business to understand their needs and convey them to the broader development team, ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.

Analyst Expectations

  • To perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard consistently driving continuous improvement.
  • Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience in their assigned area of expertise
  • Thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts within the area of expertise
  • They lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development, allocating work requirements and coordinating team resources.

Who we are looking for

To be considered for this programme, you must be an undergraduate student with an anticipated graduation date between December June 2026 and a minimum GPA of 3.2.

Ideally, you would also have an interest in working in technology, the ability to act as a bridge between the business and technology teams, and a passion to deliver the next technological breakthrough.
