Private Banking Client Onboarding Documentation Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Review clients account documentation submitted by the Relationship Managers

  • Ensure all required documents are accurately tracked and escalated as per procedure

  • Liaise closely with Legal & Compliance department to ensure documentation requirements

  • Update client accounts amendments in systems

  • Other ad hoc or admin support as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with some KYC / Compliance / Account Documentation related experience in Private Banks

  • Meticulous and independent

  • Proficient in MS Office Applications

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
