Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Manage regional sales
- Manage enquiries for new products / models
- Liaise with product engineer for client's sample submission.
- Follow-up of product approval & production schedule of customers.
- Conduct customer survey to determine customer satisfaction / dissatisfaction level.
- Manage ISO and ISM audit/related matters.
- Make delivery arrangement/instructions.
- Monthly forecast planning amendment.
- Yearly budget planning.
- Quotation preparation.
- To perform financial integrity screening on potential clients
Ensure that environmental operational controls and work instructions related to quality are implemented in the area[s] under his / her control.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business or similar capacity
- Proficient in spoken and written Japanese to communicate with HQ and Japanese Clients
- Must be open / willing to travel to regions such as India, Bangladesh, Vietnam etc
- Must be willing to relocate if required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communicative skills.
- Able to analyze customer related problems.
- Strong team spirit
- Familiar with Plastic Precision Engineering and manufacturing industry
