• Help manage social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn to grow online presences and engagement

• Support content scheduling and track performance metrics

• Work alongside the team and agencies on paid ads (Meta, Google), and monitor results

Design & Marketing Collaterals


• Work with the Graphic Designer to develop marketing materials, including helping with copywriting and layout checks

• Ensure branding stays consistent across all visuals and materials

• Help prepare presentations and reports

Website & Online Presence


• Support the maintenance and regular updates of website/microsites

• Ensure consistent, up-to-date content across all digital platforms and OTAs

• Collaborate with appointed agencies to manage SEO/SEM efforts and campaign

Design & Collateral


• Work with Graphic Designer to develop marketing collaterals, includingcopywriting and reviewing layout and artwork for hotel and the corporate office

• Ensure all creative outputs adhere to brand guidelines

• Assist in developing presentation decks and marketing reports

Partnerships & Collaborations


• Support the drafting of proposals and establishment of brand partnerships or promotional collaborations

• Coordinate with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate execution of campaigns and events

Media & Public Relations


• Coordinate media hosting opportunities to generate publicity for the hotel

• Support media trips & events

General Marketing Support


• Respond to business demands and assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and marketing documentation

• Manage sponsorship and gift voucher requests as part of brand activation or public relations opportunities

• Provide administrative support to the Marketing team as required
