Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess, evaluate, plan, and treat residents with a variety of physical and/or neurological disabilities to ensure optimal care and rehabilitation outcomes.
  • Design and implement tailored treatment plans aimed at improving residents' mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
  • Assist in conducting quality improvement and research projects to enhance the effectiveness of therapies and improve patient care services.
  • Conduct training sessions for therapists, support staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality care standards across the team.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the coordination and integration of care for the residents.
  • Assist in collating and analyzing statistics to monitor staff performance, the effectiveness of therapy services, and the overall quality of care provided to residents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment progress, outcomes, and any adjustments to care plans.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Passionate about providing quality care and improving the quality of life for residents with disabilities.
