JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Ensure the achievement of the sales goals, and deliver excellent customer service

· Sales oriented, good in cross and up-selling of products, building relationships with the customers and discover new opportunities

· Attend to customers' needs and enquiries promptly

· Receiving and checking the inventory of the wines in the store, ensuring inventory accuracy

· Manage operational activities in the store and work closely with the admin & logistics team

· Handling of POS system and managing related tasks and responsibilities as required in the role

· Oversee closing and opening procedures of the store

· Responsible for wine stock take

· Update customers on new wines offering

JOB REQUIREMENTS


• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience

• Ability to communicate with Chinese speaking associates

• Pleasant personality and well groomed

• Team player, able to multitask in a fast paced environment

• Sales oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Wine knowledge is advantageous


• High initiative and positive attitude
