Job Description

We are looking for a Drinks Manager to oversee and prepare all beverages served in our restaurant. This is a hands-on role — you will be responsible for preparing drinks, ensuring consistent quality, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare a variety of hot and cold beverages , including soft drinks, juices, coffee, tea, and specialty house drinks.
  • Ensure all drinks are made to standard recipes and served with consistent quality and presentation .
  • Manage daily drink preparation area operations , including setup and closing duties.
  • Monitor inventory of drink supplies , restock as needed, and assist with ordering.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all drink stations and equipment.
  • Work closely with service staff to ensure timely and efficient service .
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a restaurant, café, or bar.
  • Strong knowledge of basic beverage preparation and customer service.
  • Responsible, punctual, and well-groomed , with good personal hygiene.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and shift hours .
