Outdoor Sales Engineer

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5:00pm)

Working Location: Pioneer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of the technical features of the products or services, and be able to effectively communicate and address customer needs.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team by assisting in the sales process, including preparing product presentations and other sales materials.
  • Client Engagement: Interact with potential clients to assess their needs and provide appropriate solutions, serving as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical customers.
  • Product Demonstrations and Training: Lead product demos, technical presentations, and training sessions to showcase how products or solutions meet client requirements.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including follow-ups and scheduling appointments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Preferred Engineering background in the Oil and Gas / Marine industry
  • Diploma in any engineering discipline
  • Possess class 3A License
