General Outdoor Sales Representative Duties

These roles often involve face-to-face engagement with clients and traveling within assigned territories:

Client Engagement (OUTDOOR)

Visit potential and existing customers to present products or services

Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business

Answer product-related questions and address concerns promptly

Sales Strategy & Execution (OUTDOOR)

Actively engage in cold calling prospective clients to introduce company products/services,

with the goal of generating new accounts and expanding the customer base through consistent outreach and relationship-building efforts.

Identify customer needs and tailor sales presentations accordingly

Negotiate contracts and close deals

Follow up on leads and inquiries through various communication channels

Daily Responsibilities (OUTDOOR)

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients

    Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos

    Maintain detailed records of outreach and follow-ups

Administrative Tasks

Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery orders accurately

Maintain records of transactions, complaints, and customer interactions

Submit regular sales reports to management

Marketing & Promotion (OUTDOOR)

Promote brand awareness and new product launches

Attend trade shows and industry events to generate leads

Recommend marketing strategies for specific regions or demographics

Skills Required (OUTDOOR)

Cold calling, Resourceful, Strong tele-communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in MS Office

Ability to work independently and travel frequently

Often requires a valid driver's license Class 2 or 3

Product Expertise (OUTDOOR)

Provide product demonstrations and usage guidance

Customer Service (OUTDOOR)

Assist customers in selecting gear suited to their needs

Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

Process orders, payments, and returns efficiently

Sales Performance (OUTDOOR)

Meet or exceed sales targets

Maintain relationships with store managers and other sales staff

Attend training sessions and sales meetings to improve performance

Job Requirements:

  • No experience necessary, willing to learn
  • Basic fundamental Educational level.
  • Require & willing to travel. 
  • Should possess a willingness to provide Service people
  • Must be eager to interact and engage with people & working with the team.

  • Must be ready to meet and support various individuals.

    -Looking for candidates with excellent character and personality, willing to develop with the company's business.

    Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8am - 5:30pm

  • Saturday: 8am - 12pm
Salary Package:

Competitive salary range of - SGD 2,000 to SGD 2,500 per month *commensurate with experience.
