Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned System Architect with more than 10 years of hands-on experience designing enterprise-grade solutions using Java and Oracle technologies . The role requires deep technical expertise in integration architecture , application landscape patterns , and strong collaboration skills to translate business vision into scalable, sustainable architectural blueprints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design end-to-end enterprise solutions using Java and Oracle technologies.
  • Develop integration architectures and define subsystem interfaces.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish high-level solution intent, roadmaps, and information models.
  • Define the architectural runway supporting new business features and capabilities.
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards and governance.
  • Drive reduction of architecture debt and oversee the full application lifecycle.
  • Support the definition and implementation of non-functional requirements (NFRs).
  • Identify and mitigate architectural risks and deviations from standards.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure alignment of technical characteristics and seamless integration.
  • Act as an enabler in architectural roadmap processes and overall enterprise objectives.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Apply meticulous, proactive, and efficient working methods.
  • Ensure high quality standards, operational resilience, and IT security compliance.
  • Manage multiple priorities under pressure and deliver on time.
  • Demonstrate strong project management, negotiation, and planning skills.
  • Apply principles of software development, DevOps, Agile methodologies, and continuous integration.
  • Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement in architecture practices.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in solution architecture , system design , and integration frameworks .
  • Expertise in Java , Oracle , and Application Integration Architecture (AIA) .
  • Solid understanding of integration patterns , application architecture , and security frameworks .
  • Knowledge of business architecture , requirements engineering , and service design principles .
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams and functions.
