Singapore EPAM Systems Full time

We are looking for a driven and innovative Solution Architect to join our team in the Singapore location.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, manage and ensure the success delivery of projects, while ensuring and enforcing conformance to principles, guidelines and best practices
- Design solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems, leveraging the best tools and technologies
- Facilitate requirements workshop and bridge the gaps between users and technology
- Provide deep technical expertise to assess solution proposal and specification
- Conceptualize and design the end-to-end architecture of the solution by leveraging on the enterprise-wide technology and analytics platform and implement effective IT solutions for the organization and industry and ensuring that they are aligned with the desired business outcomes
- Resolve technical problems and constraints
- Provide supervision and guidance to development teams
- Continually research current and emerging technologies and propose appropriate changes

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Min 3 years of working experience in solution architect role, with significant experience leading and facilitating solution conceptualization sessions with business and technology stakeholders
- Proficiency in software architecture principles, design patterns and best practices
- Hands-on experience in designing and developing reusable components, microservices, containers and Kubernetes
- Working experience in Singapore payment systems will be an advantage
- Knowledge on OpenShift Container Platform will be an advantage
- Knowledge on SWIFT architecture and its systems will be an advantage
- Sound knowledge in coding languages (preferred Java), various operating systems and databases
- Proven experience in DevSecOps and CI/CD adoption and deployment
- Certifications in relevant skills (e.g. project management, business analysis, AWS solution architect etc.) will be an advantage
- Working experience in project management and vendor management
