Job Description

1. Business Strategy Planning
・Work closely with management to define the company's vision and long-term goals
・Develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives

2. Business Plan Development
・Assist in creating detailed business plans aligned with the overall management strategy
・Support execution and monitoring of the business plan

3. New Business Planning
・Identify opportunities for new revenue streams and propose business ideas
・Contribute to optimizing the company's business portfolio through innovative planning

4. Management Reporting Materials
・Prepare presentation materials and reports for management meetings
・Summarize key insights and data to support decision-making

5. Budget Planning & Management
・Develop and manage departmental and project budgets based on the company's strategic goals
・Monitor budget performance and provide updates to relevant stakeholders

6. Internal Communication
・Promote effective communication between management and departments
・Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations

Job Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience in corporate planning or similar experience
  • Bachelor degree in relevant field
  • Hands-on experience or knowledge of Managerial Accounting, Financial Accounting, and Finance.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language or Mandarin language is an advantage to effectively communicate with relevant stakeholders and clients.
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Resourceful, meticulous, and independent with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
