Project Engineer Job Scope:

  • Provide on-site supervision to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of semiconductor plant construction works.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams to meet project timelines and quality expectations.
  • Manage and oversee all piping installation activities, ensuring alignment with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Enforce strict quality control through regular inspections and adherence to industry regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure seamless integration of client requirements into construction plans.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and deliver regular progress updates to management.
  • Support additional site duties as needed, including acting as Safety Coordinator when required.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in the semiconductor or construction industry.
  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related professional qualification preferred.
  • Experience in a supervisory or team lead role is an added advantage.

Civil Engineer Job Scope:

  • Support the Project Manager in overseeing and coordinating daily project operations to ensure smooth execution.
  • Communicate and coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders on project-related matters.
  • Participate in regular meetings with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors to address project progress and issues.
  • Review drawings and technical documents, raising queries to resolve discrepancies and issues encountered during execution.
  • Conduct inspections during construction to ensure work meets quality standards and assist in updating the project quality plan as needed.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with Microsoft Project
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively across all levels
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
